Alpler Magrone
Ingredients:
Preparation:
In a large frying pan, sauté the bacon until crispy.
Add the cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix in the macaroni and potatoes.
Mix well, then lay the mix on a baking dish (we used individual ones), sprinkle with the cheese and bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for
10 minutes.
In the meanwhile, sauté the onion in the butter until golden. Serve sprinkled with the onion.
