Ingredients:

Preparation:

Mix flour with milk, sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder.

A
dd the butter and egg and mix well without lumps and finally add water slowly and steadily kneading strongly to prevent sticking hands, if necessary, add a little more flour.

Let
stand for an hour.

Make arepas the size of a dessert plate and about 2 cm thick, prick lightly with a fork.

n thegriddle cook the arepas switching sides frequently, until starting to brown.
