Banana Milk Chipsters

In a bowl, beat the butter, Banana milk powder and brown sugar until well combined.
Place the eggs into a bowl and whisk in the food coloring. Pour into the butter mixture and beat until well combined.
In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Add slowly to the butter mixture, beating until just combined.
Add the chocolate and mix until well combined.
Scoop the dough with a cookie scoop into a lined baking tray around 5 cm apart from each other.
Bake on a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 11 minutes or until the edges just start to brown.
Let the cookies cool down for 5 minutes before moving from the baking tray.
