In a bowl mix the flour, yeast, salt, sugar and the powder milk.
Add 1 egg, butter and the water to it and mix all this together until getting a soft and elastic dough.
Cover the bowl with kitchen foil and let it rise for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough in a circular shape, with the help of a sharp knife divide the disc in 8 equal pieces.
On each piece on the widest side lay some ham (previously chopped), roll each piece and lay them on a baking dish ( previoulsy covered with baking paper).
Brush them with the mixed egg.
Bake them in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
After taking them out of the oven brush them inmediately with melted butter.
