Mix the ground beef with the meat from the sausage, the salt and the pepper.

Add the onion powder, the garlic finely chopped, the flour, the grated cheese, Parsley and oregano, mix this all until well blended.

Cut the manchego cheese in blocks and keep in a dish, cut the bacon finely and bake it a little on a frying pan.

Take small amounts from the meat mix, flatten it with the ham and lay in some pieces of bacon and cheese.

Roll this together until making a sausage shape.

Bake them in a grill with a little of oil on low fire.
