Chicken with Mango and Macadamia

                                                        

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Wash and dry with kitchen-paper the chicken, cut it in stripes and fry it in a wok with a little of olive-oil until it's golden-brown.

Take it out of the wok and reserve it.

Fry the onion and the paprika's in the same wok until they're soft, add the wine, garlic, the chilli pepper and the basil and let it boil.

Add the chicken with the mango (that have been previously cut in stripes) and 3/4 from the arugula.

Mix it all together until the arugula become soft.

Serve it with the macadamia nuts and the other 1/4 from the arugula.
