Chicken with Orange
Wash and dry with kitchen-paper the chicken.
Heat-up the oil in a pot, add the chicken and cook it until it's golden-brown.
Then add the onion (chopped), the juice from two orange previously mixed with the orange rind, and the pepper.
Seasoning and cook it on low fire around 40min.
Add the corn-flour dilute in a little of water and let it cook until the sauce become thicker.
Next remove the pot from the fire, serve the chicken with the sauce and decorate it with the other orange (cutted in slices).
