Chile con Carne
Heat the oil on a large pot over high heat.
Add the meat and reduce a little the fire.
Add to the meat, the salt, pepper and grill seasoning. Then add the worcestershire sauce.
When the meat is browned, add the onion, peppers,garlic and spices.
Cook together for around 5 minutes. Stir in the stock, reduce the fire and then stir in the tomatoes and beans.
Add the sugar and let everything simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve with corn chips or garnish with shredded cheddar, sliced pickled jalapeños, chopped onions, sour cream, cilantro, lime slices or salsa.
