Galletas de Huevo

                                                                                             

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a large bowl, cream the butter with the sugar, add the eggs, mix well until combined.

Sift in a separated bowl, the flour with the baking powder.

Add the flour mix to the egg mixture and pour just enough milk, (the dough must be not too soft).

Add the vanilla and the yellow color, mix until well combined.

Roll out the dough in a working surface (floured) until 1/2 cm thick. Cut with a room cookie cutter.

Lay on a lined baking tray and bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 11 minutes.

Let it cool down and dust with flour (traditional,  but we substituted it with powder sugar).
