Grilled Jerk Chicken

Ingredients:
For the marinate:
Scallions (chopped), 3
Garlic cloves (chopped), 4
Onion (chopped), 1
Scotch bonnet or habanero chili (stemmed and seeded), 4
Fresh lime juice, 1/4 cup
Soya sauce, 2 tbsp
Olive oil, 3 tbsp
Salt, 1 1/2 tbsp
Brown sugar, 1 tbsp
Thyme leave, 1 tbsp
Ground allspice, 2 tsp
Black pepper, 2 tsp
Grated nutmeg, 3/4 tsp
Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp
Preparation:
Make the marinate by blending all the marinate ingredients in a blender until being smooth.
Marinate and grill the chicken by placing the chicken pieces and marinate in a plastic bag, let the chicken stay on the marinate for at least 1 hour.
Use your baking grill for cooking the chicken until well done.
