Imeruli Khachapuri

For the dough:
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Combine the cheeses in a medium bowl with the egg
and 2 tablespoons yogurt. Mix well and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder
and salt.
Add the yogurt and
stir well.
Work
the dough until getting it soft but not sticky.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead
3 - 4 minutes.
Divide the dough into
8 pieces.
Roll each piece out
into a (rough) circle.
Spoon 1/8 of the
filling into the middle of the circle, then fold up the sides of the circle to
overlap in the center.
Repeat with the
remaining circles.
Bake on the bottom
rack of the oven 5 - 6 minutes, or until golden.
