Kanda ti Nyma

Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the beef, half of the onions, chilli, garlic and eggs.
Make from this mixture small balls and place then in the fridge for around 1 hour to set.
Heat up the oil in a frying pan and fry the remaining onion until browned, then add the okra and fry for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
In another bowl, mix the peanut butter with the water and blend until a smooth paste.
Pour into the pan, bring it to a simmer and add the meatballs.
Continue cooking for around 25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and the okras are tender. Serve with rice.
