Kiflice

                                  

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Sift the flour and add the yeast, the sugar and the salt.

Then add the oil, the water and the milk to it.

Knead it to a smooth and soft dough and leave it covered in a warm place for two hours ( or until dubble the volume).

When the dough has risen, knead it a little more, form a ball and cut it into 8 equal pieces.

Each part knead a little bit and shape it into a ball.

Flatten each ball to 5mm thickness. Make sure you follow the order of making balls.

Make a mixture of two tablespoons melted margarine and one egg yolk.

Take four flattened dough pieces and divide the mixture on top of them. Spread it, but not all the way to the border, just over middle part.

Take the rest of the dough flattened pieces and use it to cover the previously covered with the mixture flattened pieces.

Flatten again, divide into eight triangles and place one teaspoon of nutella on top of each one.

Lay baking paper on a baking dish.

Mix one egg yolk and half a tablespoon of oil and paint the Kiflice with it, then sprinkle them with brown sugar.

Place a tiny piece of margarine between the Kiflice on the baking dish.

Bake them for about 15 min in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius.
