Nevaditos
Melt
butter
in microwave on
low power.
Add
the
remaining ingredients
to
the
lard
leaving
the flour to the
end.
Knead
until a
smooth dough, form a
ball.
Preheat
the oven
to 200 °C.
Roll out the dough
to
1cm
thick.
Cut with a
cookie cutter
and place on a
baking sheet lined withparchment
paper.
They can be placed
close together
because they
have no
yeast
and do not grow.
Just a little
high.
Bake
for about
25 minutes
5 minutes at 200
°C and
another 20
minutes at 180°C.
Remove from
oven, cool
slightly and
sprinkle with
icing sugar
to
have the appearance
of being "nevaditos".
