Orange Quark Torte

                     

Ingredients:

For the crust:

For the filling:

For the gelatine hearts and roses:

Preparation:

For the crust:

In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, sugar and butter.

Press the crumbs evenly over the bottom of a springform 22 cm diameter.

Cover and refrigerate while you make the filling.

For the filling:

In a large bowl, combine the quark with the mascarpone, orange extract, orange blossom water, orange food coloring and icing sugar just enough to blend them.

Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes.

Bring 6 tbs of water to a boil. Drain the gelatine off and sissolve it in the hot water while stirring.

Let the gelatin to cool down a while and pour into the quark mix, Beat until well blended.

Pour the mix in the springform and chill until set (better overnight).

For the gelatine hearts and roses:

Dissolve the gelatine powder in 1/2 cup boiling water.

Then add the condensed milk and roses water mix until well blended.

Pour the mixture in the desired mold , chill until set (better overnight)

Unmold and decorate with the hearts and roses.
