Oreo Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• Heavy whipping cream, 2 cups
• Sweetened condensed milk, 1 tin
• Oreo cookies (chopped), 1 package x 16
• Vanilla, 2 tsp

Preparation:

With the electrical mixer, beat the whipping cream until thickened into a soft cream.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the whipping cream and beat until well blended.

With a spatula blend carefuly the oreo chunks into the mixture.

Pour it all into a plastic container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
