Pão de Leite Condensado
In a bowl, combine the liquid ingredients (included the eggs of course).
In a separate bowl, place the flour with the yeast. Little by little add the liquid mixture to the flour mixture.
Mix until fully combined. Place in a floured surface and knead until getting a soft, non sticky dough.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 6 hours.
Divide the dough in 24 balls and make round buns from it.
Place them in a lined baking tray (with some space between each other), cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with the eggwash.
Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
