Wash and dry with kitchen paper the chicken.
Cut in long stripes the chicken.
Add the chicken to a bowl with 1/2 spoon of salt, egg-yolk and the maizena (in this order).
Mix this good, wash the bean sprouts with cold water, drain them in a sieve and dry them.
Place a pan on low fire with the oil and fry the chicken, keep moving it until it's lightly golden brown.
Take the chicken out of the pan, increase the fire to the max. and add the bean sprouts.
Move it with an wood spoon, add the chicken and the salt which is left and two tablespoons from broth (result of chicken-tea cube mixed with water).
Move and bake everything for another min.
Take everything out of the pan and serve it.
Serving suggestion; add one cup of boiled peas.
