Sesame Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
Flank steak (sliced in thick slices), 500 gr
For the marinade:
Honey, 2 tbsp
Rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves, 4
Dried ginger, 1/4 tsp
Black pepper, 1/4 tsp
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Low-sodium soy sauce, 1/4 cup
For the stir fry:
Sesame oil, 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves (finely chopped), 3
Green beans, 250 gr
Radishes (thinly sliced), 6
Chili garlic sauce, 1/4 tsp
Toasted sesame oil, 1 tsp
Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp
Preparation:
Mix together the marinade ingredients and pour over the meat.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
Heat up the oil in a wok, then add the meat and cook it until golden brown.
Remove and set appart.
Add into the wok the garlic and the radishes, cook for 2 minutes or until the radishes are soften.
Add the green beans and cook them for 2 minutes.
Return the meat to the wok and add in the chili sauce, sesame oil and the sesame seeds. Remove it from the heat.
Serve it all together with white rice (the recipe doesn't call for it but it goes great with naan bread).
