Shrimps Chinese Style

Preparation:
Peel the garlic, the spring onions and the ginger, cut all this in brunoise.
Heat-up the oil in a fry-pan and add the garlic, let them cook until they start to become golden brown.
Add the ginger to it and fry it for one min. , add then the shrimps, the spring onions and sautéing all this for some seconds and remove it from the fire.
Mix in a bowl the tomato purée, the maizena, the wine, the sugar, the vinegar and the salt.
Drop this on the shrimps and cook this slowly mixing with a woodspoon until you get a sauce, then remove it from the fire.
Serve it together with the white rice.
