Spaghetti a la Criolla
Prepare the spaghetti following the instructions on the package (just let them cook a little more than al dente)
Cut all the ingredients.Heat up the oil, fry the salami until golden brown.
Add the onion, garlic, pepper, capers and fry until everything is tender.
Add the tomatoes and the vinegar, stir.
Add the tomato paste,stir.
Add the milk and stir.Let the half of the milk to evaporate.
Add the spaghetti (previously prepared) to it and stir.
Add the black pepper, oregano and salt.
Sprinkle with the chesse and serve.
