Spanakopita
Ingredients:
Baby spinach, 500gr
Feta cheese, 200 gr
Nutmeg, pinch
Dill, ½ cup
Fresh ground pepper
Phyllo sheets, a package
Run the spinach under cold water to stop the cooking process.
Squeeze the spinach and drain.
Mix the spinach, the feta, the dill, the pepper and the nutmeg in a large bowl.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Take one phyllo sheet and cut three lines from it.
Lightly cover the surface with olive-oil, put a heaping teaspoon of filling near the corner of one of the lines, then fold the corner of phyllo over to enclose the filling and form a triangle.
Fold away from you towards the top edge.
Continue folding maintaining a triangle shape. Put the triangle, seam side down on a baking sheet covered with baking-paper.
Bake the triangles in the middle of the oven until golden brown, 20 to 25 min.
