Spring Time Toffee Cookies
Ingredients:
- Flour, 4 3/4 cup
- Baking soda, 2
tsp
- Butter (softened),
2 cups
- Brown sugar, 1
1/2 cup
- Sugar, 1/2 cup
- Instant vanilla
pudding mix, 1 envelope
- Eggs, 4
- Vanilla extract,
2 tsp
- Toffee (cubed),
2 cups
- Easter
colored M & M's, 2 cups
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Sift together the flour and baking
soda, set aside.
In a large
bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar.

Beat in the instant pudding mix until
blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour
mixture.
- Stir in the toffee cubes,
trying to spread evenly through cookie dough.
- Make
balls of cookie dough, about 3 cm wide or a
little bit less. After making the
shape of ball, press about six m&m's on the top of the cookie.
- Bake
for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. The edges should be
golden brown.
