Preparation:

In a food proccesor, combine the corn kernels, condensed milk, sunflower oil and vanilla extract. Process just a little (enough to combine).

In a separated bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy, add little by little the sugar and beat until getting stiff peaks.

Add the egg yolks, one at the time and mix just until combined.

With help of a spatula combine the egg mixture with the corn mixture.

Sift the flour together with the baking powder and incorporate little by little with envolving moves.

Bake in a previously pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 min.
